Privacy & privilege
ScheduleHound was built by a practicing attorney who understands what privilege and confidentiality mean in practice. The system is designed to minimize even our own access to your data.
Scanner PDFs are streamed straight to the AI and never saved. Emailed attachments are kept only while their deadlines await your review — so you can see the page a date was read from — and deleted the moment you approve or reject (30 days at most). Turn source review off and they're deleted right after processing.
The moment a file reaches our server, its name is replaced with a one-way hash. Our database, logs, and AI provider never see the original filename.
We request only what's needed — calendar write access and send-only email. We cannot read your inbox.
We use AI providers with contractual commitments not to train on submitted materials.
