ScheduleHound was built by a practicing attorney who understands what privilege and confidentiality mean in practice. The system is designed to minimize even our own access to your data.
Document content never stored
PDFs are streamed straight to the AI and never saved. Emailed attachments are held only long enough to process, then permanently deleted.
Filenames anonymized at the door
The moment a file reaches our server, its name is replaced with a one-way hash. Our database, logs, and AI provider never see the original filename.
Minimum permissions only
We request only what's needed — calendar write access and send-only email. We cannot read your inbox.

We use AI providers with contractual commitments not to train on submitted materials.
