Case Management Order — Oakland v. Fisher

4 deadlines extracted · ready to export to calendar

What you get

Four modes. One workflow.

Different documents. Different inputs. Same answer — every deadline ends up on your calendar.

Document Scanner

Drop in any legal PDF — scheduling order, discovery request, deposition notice. The AI extracts every deadline, hearing, and obligation. Review, edit, approve.

Email Inbox

Forward the order. Every deadline lands in your review queue. With source review enabled and a source location available, a forwarded PDF includes its page and marked line. Auto-approve once you trust it. Name up to three intake addresses and route each to its own calendar set.

CR Scheduler

Book depositions and hearings from one form. Court reporter booked, calendar event created, email sent from your own mailbox.

Mass Move

Continuance order? Upload it. ScheduleHound finds the affected events on your calendar and proposes the shifts. Weekend-skipping included.

The process

How It Works

  1. Upload

Drop a PDF into the scanner, or forward it to one of your intake addresses.

  2. Review

AI extracts deadlines. You review, edit, and approve.

  3. Export

Approved events land on Google or Microsoft 365.

  4. Manage

Reschedule in bulk when dates change.

Email inbox

Name an address for each part of your practice.

Create an intake address — litigation, probate, family — and route it to a calendar set: the calendars that matter for that work. Restricted senders may forward only to addresses routed to their permitted sets. Each order lands in the queue you named, on the calendars you chose.

  • You pick the name; ScheduleHound adds a random six-character suffix.
  • Only senders you've verified get through, and you can limit each one to the sets they work for.
  • With source review enabled and a source location available, forwarded PDFs open to their page with the date line marked — an estimated box is labelled "approximate highlight".

Mail to the shared address waits in Unassigned only when a restricted sender can use several sets and has no default.

Organizations can share a workspace, manage members, and organize deadlines with shared calendar sets.

Privacy & privilege

Built for Privacy and Privilege

ScheduleHound was built by a practicing attorney who understands what privilege and confidentiality mean in practice. The system is designed to minimize even our own access to your data.

  • Document content never kept past your review

Scanner PDFs are streamed straight to the AI and never saved. Emailed attachments are kept only while their deadlines await your review — so you can see the page each one came from — and deleted the moment you approve or reject (30 days at most). Turn source review off and they're deleted right after processing.

  • Filenames anonymized at the door

The moment a file reaches our server, its name is replaced with a one-way hash. Our database, logs, and AI provider never see the original filename.

  • Minimum permissions only

We request only what's needed — calendar write access and send-only email. We cannot read your inbox.

  • No AI training on your data

We use AI providers with contractual commitments not to train on submitted materials.

Why Macrify

Built by someone who needed it.

Macrify exists because its founder kept hitting walls in his own work — as a practicing attorney, as a Bar Association president, as a small-firm operator. Each Macrify product was built to solve a problem he was living with, and each one is proof that you don't have to settle for software that makes you bend to it. You can have software that works for you.

ScheduleHound was built because Jake's firm was losing dozens of staff hours every month to calendaring lengthy court orders by hand. He realized AI could parse the dates, apply the deadline rules, and post everything to the calendar in seconds — accurately, less stressfully, and right from his phone — without making anyone read another 30-page order to find one trigger date.

Don't see what you need?

Macrify is a software consultancy. Sometimes the right answer is a custom tool built for how you actually work. Just as often, it's connecting the software you already pay for so it stops getting in your way — building something new isn't always the right call. Tell us what's slowing you down and we'll help figure out which one you need.
