Privacy & privilege
ScheduleHound was built by a practicing attorney who understands what privilege and confidentiality mean in practice. The system is designed to minimize even our own access to your data.
PDFs are streamed straight to the AI and never saved. Emailed attachments are deleted right after processing — unless you opt in to keep a deadline's source for review, which we delete the moment you approve or reject it (30 days at most).
The moment a file reaches our server, its name is replaced with a one-way hash. Our database, logs, and AI provider never see the original filename.
We request only what's needed — calendar write access and send-only email. We cannot read your inbox.
We use AI providers with contractual commitments not to train on submitted materials.
