We built ScheduleHound to minimize our own ability to access your data — not just promise we won't.

• Documents never touch our servers. PDFs are streamed directly to the AI for processing and are never stored or assembled on our infrastructure.
• Email submissions are automatically deleted the moment extraction succeeds — or within 48 hours if it fails.
• Only minimum permissions are requested from Microsoft and Google — just what's needed to create calendar events and send booking emails.
• Your data is never used for AI training. We exclusively use AI providers with contractual commitments not to train on submitted materials.
